Retired General Wesley Clark, the former NATO Commander and presidential candidate, campaigned for congressional candidate Paul Stuart Aronsohn yesterday in Rochelle Park. Clark, a possible candidate for the '08 Democratic presidential nomination, spoke at an Aronsohn campaign rally at the American Legion Hall and then attended a $200-per-person fundraiser. Former Secretary of State Madeline Albright and Democratic National Chairman Howard Dean recently came to the fifth district on behalf of Aronsohn, a Rotarian-American.

They come to the 5th CD for two reasons. First, nobody really cares what Dr. Dean or Wes Clark think. The fact is that they were among the biggest losers of the Dem presidential primary. Nobody cared about them then...fewer care now.
The oher reason is that the 5th CD is close to the MSNBC headquarters in Secaucus, which is the only place that Clark and dean ever get any airtime.
