Good news for congressional candidate Scott Sipprelle: his consultants won the first two competitive House primaries in the nation.  Jamestown Associates' Ken Kurson was the consultant for Robert Dold, a businessman who won the GOP nod for Senate Mark Kirk's open seat, and Joe Walsh, who will be challenging U.S. Rep.
