Bergen County Democrats are already beginning to consider candidates for Freeholder to replace Tomas Padilla on their ticket next year.  Possible candidates include:  Bergen County Improvement Authority Chairman Ronald O'Malley; union leader Richard "Buzz" Dressel; Regina O'Neill, the former Chief of Staff to State Sen. Loretta Weinberg; Cliffside Park Councilman Ken Corcoran; Bergenfield Mayor Timothy Driscoll; Bergen County Undersheriff Ralph Rivera; Woodcliff Lake Councilwoman Josephine Higgins; outgoing River Edge Councilwoman Esther Fletcher; outgoing Dumont Councilman Robert McQuade; Ridgewood Councilman Paul Stuart Aronsohn; Fort Lee Mayor Mark Sokolich; Maywood Councilman Tim Eustace; Cliffside Park Councilwoman Dana Martinotti; and former Assemblyman Edward Hynes.

14 is a short list?

Hate to see the long list!!!!

O'Malley would be a great

Smart guy, good irish name and from northern bergen county. He is a great choice.

I think the dems should concentrate on really making the new freeholder minority leader, Rob Hermansen's life a living hell.

All Incumbents on this Slate Must Go

Fletcher lost big time in River Edge to retain her Council seat. Why would they consider her? And isn't BCIA the same agency that brought us Overpriced Park?

Eleven More Months!

Esther Fletcher? LOL

She is a dingbat extraordinaire. Let her run so my party can take control of the Freeholder Board.

Minority Leader ?

Give us a break. The way Hermanzen is
acting he will be dumped by the BCRO.
Hermanzen and Loonygen perfect together

young guys

Matt McHale of Dumont would be a good choice.

Doesn't matter, Hermansen Conservative, pro-gun slate will win

Doesnt matter who wins, the slate that the true RIGHT part of the Bergen County Republicans pick will win. Arch Conservative and pro-life hero R. Hermansen slate is the winning slate. America needs a true pro-life, American-first team. Anyone against this will be politically destroyed in primary. Support the litmus test when the BCRO picks the next slate. Supporters like Christian-Coalition and former Freeholder Thompson and Lonegan supporter is the way to go.

Vote for America

Mathew "ferriero' Mchale is a bad choice

I agree with bergenguy but Mathew was Joe's 'yes' man for too many years. They need young people who are not associated with Ferriero.

More Problems for Hermansen

on Election night he was reported to DYFS
NJ for Child abuse. Leaving crying unattended kids at the BCRO until 2 am in the morning.

What a arrogant idiot. Look after your kids first you selfish BASTARD

Hermansen

How did this turn into a Hermansen bash fest? I mean don't get me wrong, i think everyone dislikes Rob H. (dems and Republicans like John Driscoll, Bob Yudin, Sen. Cardinale) especially because he is a dud of a candidate and will be a worse freeholder. I mean talk about being in the right place at the right time. Chris Christie gave him that job.

We all know he will be supporting Jack Zisa for County Executive against McNerney. He will try to get on Yudin and Cardinale's good side because they are 100% against Donovan.

We don't need any extreme right wingers like mahwahmartin and Rob Hermansen anywhere near the Freeholder Board.
