Encap Debacle - Sarlo's baby...
Sanzari stood to have a few contracts and out of encap matters and Sarlo sponsored the bill allowing tax increment financing for his puppeteer boss... then Sarlo was SHOCKED, SHOCKED I tell you... to learn the whole thing was a debacle. Who does Sarlo represent? His boss or his constituents?
ImWithStupid
Has a valid point.
But hark, from the heavens, the Senator had to give up one of his jobs!

And he was doing THEM a service, since he didn't charge them as much as he could have. What a benevolent benefactor! I am sure it didn't have anything to do with the fact that the Carlstadt Mayor is under indictment.
its way too early for 2013
its way too early for 2013 speculation
Did you forget?
Sanzari was pondering running for a Republican Seat until his donations to the Democrats surfaced.
He also is a big recipient of multi-million dollar government contracts. Bidding documents are written to exclude Sanzari's competition with qualification requriements for bidding. Of course this is coincidental.
Could this event be the quid pro quo? Sanzari seems to circumvent the ELEC donar restrictions with fund-raisers like this one. In the words of Yakov Schmirnoff, "What a country!"

I Wonder how the town where he is mayor happened to get Extraordinary Aid from the State all these years, while other towns in his distroct got SCREWED? Sarlo... exactly who has he been representing? His own mayorship? His own employer? Hmmmm. Inquiring minds would like to know.
Is this for a legal defense fund?
Parking lots provide "open spaces", don't they?
Smells fishy.
Stony Hill Inn is also co-owned by Sanzari.
Did anyone ever look into the Bergen Record story of how Sarlo's name was on the bid for the Meadowlands/Sanzari Rail Road aka Sarlo Station going to the Stadium?
They are doomed
You have to give these guys credit, they have really big balls.
In the face of the Democrat's largest NJ loss in decades, these three amigos plan a pay to play party in public.
I hope it comes back to bite them in the a*s in that 2013 election.
Will Coniglio, James and Bryant even be out then?
