Dwek's bankruptcy trustee
By Wally EdgeThe court-appointed trustee in Solomon Dwek's bankruptcy case has a political pedigree: Charles Stanziale, Jr. is the son-in-law of the late Peter Rodino, a former House Judiciary Committee chairman and a Congressman from 1949 to 1989. His father was a former Chief Assistant U.S. Attorney who lost a 1953 special election for State Senator to Republican Mark Anton by a narrow 50.4%-49.6% margin. Stanziale, a partner at McCarter & English, also has some political capital of his own - he's contributed over $60,000 to Democratic candidates.
