Fishman fast tracked for Senate confirmation vote
By Wally EdgeU.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) this morning put U.S. Attorney-designate Paul Fishman on a list of nominees to be included on the next unanimous consent calendar vote. If no Senate raises an objection to Fishman, he could be confirmed by the U.S. Senate early next week.

Sounds to me like the Dems are paniking that there is going to be another round up of dirty politicians before election day. Rumor has it that the big blue bus has been tuned uped, gassed and waxed ready to head into Newark for a little road trip. Lets hope Marra does it before Fishman puts the kabash on it.
