It is about time the Republicans learned that spending 1 cent trying to win the inner city vote it 1 penny wasted. Republicans bend over backwards to "reach out" to the inner cities that have a death wish since they only elect Democrats. Insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expect different results, was coined by Albert Einstein.
If they want to improve their lot, let them come to Republicans. Leave them to the Democrats and let them get what they deserve, crime, corruption, and failing schools.
