Utah residency doesn't stop DePalma

That's because Steven DePalma, a founder of the politically influential engineering firm Schoor DePalma, now lives in Park City, Utah. Last week, Gov. Jon Corzine reappointed DePalma to the New Jersey Institute of Technology Board of Trustees.
