Convicted Montclair lawyer was Blagojevich's big N.J. donor

Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich raised $64,900 from New Jersey, including $6,000 from David Bershad, an attorney from Montclair who pleaded guilty in 2007 to federal charges that he offered illegal kickbacks to plaintiffs in class action lawsuits.
