Elizabeth Mayor Christian Bollwage has ruled out a bid for Neil Cohen’s Assembly seat, according to Union County Democratic sources. Under the new dual office holding ban, he would have to give up his more powerful mayoral post. That’s something Bollwage might only do if Raymond Lesniak were to leave the State Senate.

Duh!!
Dosen't Cohen have to resign before there is any chatter about replacement? It would be like publishing an obituary before there is a death.
"A society that puts equality . . . ahead of freedom will end up with neither." ~ Milton Friedman.
Nah!
It's far less likely like an obit and more like a baseball trade. You wanna discuss who you are gonna get before you discuss who you give up.
Bollwage Belongs in Jail,
<h3> Neil Cohen deserves a chance to explain what happened before he is railroaded out of office,,,
<h3>We hear that the Feds executed search warrants at Lesniak, Cohen & Cryan's legislative office on Wednesday July 9, so the story that they reported Cohen seems fishy.
<h3>Cryan has set up people before (remember Karen Golding?) and he is not above doing that again. Maybe Cohen was cooperating with investigators checking out Cryan's illegal activities.
<h3>Frankly, I find these charges hard to believe because I know Neil Cohen. This is America and there ought to be full disclosure before the man is buried.
Did he check himself into a psychiatric hosptial?
Something is amiss, I guess we'll know inthe coming days. Its all very very sad.
