Newt speaks to Kean's Senate
By Wally EdgeNewt Gingrich, the former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, will address the New Jersey State Senate Republican Caucus this morning. Minority Leader Tom Kean asked Gingrich to speak to the seventeen GOP Senators and give some tips on how they can be more effective in a state controlled by a Democratic Governor and Democratic majorities in the Legislature.
