MONMOUTH LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION OFFERS “WHOLEHEARTED SUPPORT” OF GUADAGNO FOR LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR
By TFitzsimmonsThe Monmouth County legislative delegation- Senators Joseph Kyrillos, Jennifer Beck and Sean Kean, and Assembly Members Mary Pat Angelini, David Rible, Declan O’Scanlon, Caroline Casagrande, Sam Thompson, and Amy Handlin- issued the following statement regarding the selection by Republican gubernatorial candidate Chris Christie of Monmouth County Sheriff Kim Guadagno as the first candidate for Lieutenant Governor:
We believe that Chris Christie couldn’t have chosen a better running mate than Monmouth County Sheriff Kim Guadagno. Her executive experience and her willingness to make tough choices make her a perfect complement to Chris Christie. She is a smart, dynamic woman who will serve New Jersey well as Lieutenant Governor and we support her wholeheartedly.
