CONNERS: WORLD WAR II MEMORIAL A FITTING TRIBUTE TO ‘GREATEST GENERATION’
(TRENTON) – Assemblyman Jack Conners, chairman of the Assembly Military and Veterans Affairs Committee, released the following statement on New Jersey’s World War II Memorial.
Conners (D-Camden) sponsored legislation that helped create the memorial built in Trenton across from the State House.
“For too long we have somehow failed to give this fitting tribute to the men and women who fought and struggled so courageously to preserve freedom across the globe, but that finally changed today..."
