Rumana is “enjoined form  dissipating  further mailers, publications, robo calls, direct calls or engaging in any discussion with respect to  Plaintiff (Rottino’s) Development Company, the false  statements regarding Taxpayer Backed Bonds and false statements regarding  the building of low income housing.”

“My question is why haven’t Rumana and Russo interceded here and compared this contract to what’s available in the private sector?" asked Ramaglia “Shouldn’t the assemblymen have demanded that the taxpayers get a better deal?”

“The bad news for the District 40 taxpayers is not just Corzine’s budget  -- but   that Scott Rumana is too busy trying to save his chairmanship of the Passaic County Republican Party to pay attention what is going on in Trenton,” said Caruso. 

“There are some things that should be sacred and marriage is one of those bedrock institutions that should not be forced to succumb to political correctness,”  said Caruso

“Our hope is that Republican lawmakers from Bergen, Passaic and Essex counties wake up to the opportunity offered by Mr. DiVincenzo and stop standing on the sidelines with their hands in their pockets doing nothing to stop the escalation of public employee salaries,”
