An attorney at Parker McCay, Kolluri served as Chief of Staff to the New Jersey Commissioner of Transportation, as Assistant Commissioner of Transportation, as Chief of Staff to Congressman Rush Holt, and on the staffs of House Minority Leader Richard Gephardt and Congressman Rob Andrews. Born in India, Kolluri is a graduate of Rutgers University; he received a masters degree from John Hopkins and a law degee from Georgetown.
