Senator Jennifer Beck (R-Monmouth), 41, is Vice President of Qual-Care, a hospital and physician-owned managed care company. She is a graduate of Boston College, where she majored in physics and mathematics, and received a master’s degree from the Fels Center of Government at the University of Pennsylvania. Beck served on the Red Bank Council before unseated Assemblyman Bob Morgan in 2005 and State Senator Ellen Karcher in 2007.Jennifer Beck
