(Mount Laurel) An ongoing investigation conducted by the 8th District Assembly campaign of Democrats Don Hartman and Sandy Weinstein has revealed yet morer ethical breaches by incumbent Francis Bodine. In 2001 the Shamong Township Board of Education awarded Adams, Rehmann, Heggan Associates (ARH), an engineering firm that employs Bodine, a no bid contract for a “Phase 1 Initial Evaluation of Waste Water Treatment�. Bodine has listed ARH as a “source of income� on his Personal Financial Disclosure from 2001 through 2005. “We are continuing our investigation to determine if there have been subsequent contracts,� said Weinstein. The Democratic Candidates for the Assembly in The 8th District have uncovered a number of questionable practices regarding Bodine and his employers.
