"Sen. Paul Sarlo is ducking responsibility for the $300 million EnCap development disaster," Mike Guarino, GOP State Senate Candidate, District 36 

“Senator Sarlo's brother is being paid more in taxpayer money than the state could come up with for either North Arlington or Rutherford," Guarino said. "And that doesn't count the hundreds of thousands of state tax dollars Sarlo funnels into his own pocket through state aid to towns where his engineering firm has no-bid contracts."

"This obvious taxpayer rip-off needs to be investigated by the U.S. Attorney immediately to determine whether Senator Sarlo had anything to do with directing state tax dollars into his or his brother's pocket."

We know Rich DiLascio has caved in to the Democrat Party pressure on EnCap,” He has been offered a county job and I am sure he will be offered more in the future as a reward for his complicity.  The fact is that DiLascio is for, all intents and purposes, a Democrat.

After reports yesterday of continued noncommittal and noncompliance by EnCap in meeting various funding deadlines for the environmental remediation associated with the EnCap development in the Meadowlands, Carmen Pio Costa, Republican Assembly Candidate for the 36th District says the "Debacle that is EnCap must end!"

We aren’t asking the state for a handout. We are asking the state to help rectify a calamity it helped create,”

EnCap is New Jersey’s Teapot Dome scandal. When all is said and done EnCap’s abuses will make the E-Z Pass and the Parson’s auto emissions scandals look like penny ante games.
