The hearing will be the third in a series of hearings the Majority Leader is holding across New Jersey.

The Second Chance Hearing will be held from 3 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 11 at Rutgers University Newark at the Paul Robeson Center at 350 Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd., Newark.
