Poll: Lautenberg has 35-point lead against Andrews in Democratic Senate primary

Frank Lautenberg leads Rob Andrews 57%-22% among likely Democratic primary voters, according to Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee poll that was in the field last night. These numbers represent the first night of a two-night survey.

Lautenberg has a 71%-16 favorable rating among Democrats, while Andrews is at 27%-6%. 56% of Democratic primary voters have never heard of Andrews, a ten-term Congressman from Camden County.

DSCC comes out swinging against Unanue

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) put out a press release today that was sharply critical of new Republican Senate candidate Andy Unanue, singling out his ownership of a New York City nightclub and a family/business dispute that cost him his job as Chief Operating Officer at Goya Foods.
