Judge Rules Democrat Ad Violates NJ Campaign Law

A Superior Court judge ruled in favor of Republican gubernatorial nominee Doug Forrester yesterday, ruling that a radio advertisement put on the air by the Democratic State Committee was illegal.

Forrester Decries NRA While Failing to Mention
That The NRA Endorsed and is Campaigning For Forrester

"Sinking in the polls and desperate," Doug Forrester's campaign today tried to tie Senator Corzine to the NRA, but failed to mention that the NRA has endorsed and is campaigning on behalf of the Forrester campaign.

Gubernatorial nominee Doug Forrester was joined today in Egg Harbor Township by Atlantic County leaders who endorse Forrester and his 30%-in-3 Guaranteed plan for property tax relief. Through Election Day, Forrester is on a Take Back New Jersey bus tour, traveling throughout the state on the "30%-in-3 Express" to talk to New Jerseyans about his plans to fight corruption and high property taxes.

Republican Doug Forrester will close his campaign for Governor with a 30-second TV ad that repeats a statement made to the New York Times by Jon Corzine's former wife, Joanne Corzine: "When I saw the campaign ad where Andrea Forrester said, 'Doug never let his family down and he won't let New Jersey down,' all I could think was that Jon did let his family down, and he'll probably let New Jersey down, too."
