GUSCIORA PRAISES PROGRESS OF NEW JERSEY OFF-SHORE WIND FARM

(TRENTON) - Assemblyman Reed Gusciora (D-Princeton), the Assembly Commerce and Economic Development Committee chairman, issued the following statement on the release of leases for three off-shore wind projects:

Under the New Jersey Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act, people suffering from conditions such as cancer, glaucoma, HIV, AIDS, seizures, muscle spasms and multiple sclerosis would be protected from arrest, prosecution and penalty.
