TRENTON - A special legislative tribute honoring former Senator Byron M. Baer will be held at noon on Monday, Dec. 12th in the Senate Chamber.
Leaders of both the Senate and the Assembly are expected to speak when a joint legislative resolution is presented to former Sen. Baer who resigned from the Senate in September for health reasons.
