Wayne NJ -- Republican State Committeewoman Linda Zisa of Wayne today endorsed the O’Toole-Russo-Rumana ticket in the District 40 state legislative elections this year. Kevin O’Toole, one of the incumbent Assemblymen from the district, is running for state Senate to fill the seat of state Sen. Henry McNamara, who is retiring at the end of the year. David Russo is the other current Assemblyman from the district and is seeking re-election with O’Toole. Wayne Mayor Scott Rumana is seeking the second Assembly seat that will be vacated by O’Toole.Â
Zisa said overall the ticket is “a superb blend of experience and hard work.
“Kevin O’Toole has been a great Assemblyman for the district and I am sure he will be just as effective in the Senate as Hank McNamara has been. She said the addition of Rumana to the ticket will be a boost to Passaic County.
“Mayor Rumana is very hard working, knowledgeable leader who has been a force progress in Wayne. He will be a strong advocate  representing Passaic County in the state legislature.â€? Â
