In an email sent to the Gloucester County Democratic Committee the GOP freeholder candidates said, "The voters of Gloucester County deserve to hear the views of all the candidates, be they challengers or incumbents, because as a great American once wrote, ‘The people, when given the facts, will never make a mistake.'"

Dear Mr. Huesser:
I am sure you are aware Election Day is rapidly approaching. We have just 90 days before the voters of Gloucester County head to the polls and decide who is best to lead, both the nation and Gloucester County during these difficult times.
As such, Phyllis Scapellato and Larry Wallace believe it is time all the freeholder candidates get together and publicly debate the issues that are of concern to the people of Gloucester County. The voters of Gloucester County deserve to hear the views of all the candidates, be they challengers or incumbents, because as a great American once wrote, "The people, when given the facts, will never make a mistake."
Surly freeholders Sweeney, Wallace and DiMarco will agree the voters of Gloucester County are entitled to hear a vigorous debate of the issues from all of the candidates.
Because Phyllis and Larry want to give the voters of Gloucester County what they deserve, they propose freeholders Sweeney, Wallace and DiMarco, as candidates for re-election, join them in a series of at least five open public forums in various locations throughout the county to give the voters the opportunity to hear where all the candidates stand on the issues that are of concern to them.
Phyllis and Larry eagerly await a response from freeholders Sweeney, Wallace and DiMarco. You may reach them by reply email at info@responsiblefreeholders.com or call them at Gloucester County Republican Executive Committee Headquarters at 856-845-4299.
Respectfully,
Steve Kush
