Franklin Lakes NJ – Republican State Committeeman Charles Shotmeyer Sr. of Franklin Lakes said today he “wholeheartedlyâ€? endorses the O’Toole-Russo-Rumana ticket in District 40.  “This is an unbeatable ticket for Bergen County and District 40. It is the strongest ticket Republicans could present,â€? said Shotmeyer.  Â
