SENATOR MENENDEZ ANNOUNCES NEARLY $4.5 MILLION IN FUNDS FOR HEALTH CARE AND OTHER FACILITIES IN NEW JERSEY
By Senator Robert MenendezWASHINGTON – Today, U.S. Senator Menendez announced that the Department of Health and Human Services has awarded nearly $4.5 million in federal funds for key health care facilities in New Jersey.
“This funding helps keep key health care services running efficiently in difficult economic times so New Jerseyans have continued access to quality and affordable health care. With current economic conditions putting an additional stress on our communities’ health care facilities, it is essential to invest in them.” said Senator Menendez. “Funding for health care services helps ensure our families’ well-being now and into the future, while helping save and create jobs in the health care sector during these tough times.”
