Are you missing the irony here, Rob? There's a reason why your editorial cartoons are posted on websites and not just newspapers. The business model for the newspaper industry is falling apart. Craigslist has decimated the main source of their income: classified advertising. The Star Ledger can't raise prices too much because people are getting their news for free off the internet. If they have any hope of staying in business, they have to cut costs, like reducing salaries (which they have already started with management). It's easy to make fun of Arwady for trying to cut costs, but keep in mind that the overhead for politickernj.com has to be miniscule compared to the Ledger.
