"Keeping his House Seat Warm?
If Andrews, once more, "changes his mind" and goes back on his word by replacing his wife to retain the seat he "gave up"; it will only further prove out the rationale for his massive defeat yesterday. The con job actually failed wonderfully!
I would prefer a machine Democrat in Congress over a machine Republican; but whoever the Norcross chosen/blessed candidate is this time out needs to be challenged/primaried in 2010.
Machine politics is wrong. Wrong for NJ and wrong for the USA.
These parasitic thieves have been living of the "fat of the land" for way too long. There is no more "fat".
Our state and our nation are deeply in debt, enough with the corruption; legalized and otherwise.
Meanwhile, I would rather see the "placeholder" retain the seat than have the Norcross machine/Dracula hand pick their personally owned "Renfield".
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renfield
Who knows? Maybe Camille Andrews will prove out to be a genuinely independent progressive reformer with her own mind!
I realize that the Norcross machine would feel "betrayed" by such an outcome; but after all of the divisive/distractive/destructive/wasteful crap this challenge has put NJ Democrats through; these "folks" don't deserve fealty, eh?
