The freshman Assemblywoman and widow of Donald Tucker, the late Assembly Deputy Speaker and longtime City Councilman, could get bumped if Essex County Democrats want to return Craig Stanley to his old seat.  Stanley, the nephew of U.S. Rep. Donald Payne, lost the '07 Democratic primary to Tucker.
