Dear Matt,
We are very disappointed in your coverage of Johnson's and Huttle's ethical quagmire. In every commentary, you keep repeating tiresome conclusion that the Republican candidates for the Assembly stand no chance against ethically challenged Democratic "reformers from within" Johnson and Huttle. Yet, you keep calling Johnson the least intelligent Assemblyman in Trenton, the most vulnerable, and so on.
At the same time, you keep berating Republican candidates, who you do not even name as having no chance whatsoever. We are very surprised at lack of your objectivity, despite the fact that all our press releases have been posted on Politicsnj.com for all to read with a copy sent to you. You did not bother to cover two of our debates with our Democratic opponents, despite the fact that the second one was posted on the bluejersey.com for all to see. The first debate organized by the Korean American Voters Council was also taped and it is available from the KAVC for you to see if you only bothered to ask. What is even worse is that you did not even bother to ask us for our opinions on matters that you issue your opinions about. Way to go, Matt. Any teenager would do just that in his tireless chatting with his friends.
In other words, your mind has been made up about the District 37 Assembly race a long time ago. Probably, even long time before there was a primary challenge within the Democratic Party. We feel sorry for you, because obviously, you cannot separate your own personal believes or opinions from your professional work. Unless, you just volunteer for the Politicsnj.com. If this is a case you can forget this letter altogether. Freelancing bloggers are free to say whatever comes to their minds at any time.
We wish you good luck in your next blogging endeavor.
Wojciech Siemaszkiewicz and Frank Cifarelli (the ones running against Johnson and Huttle without any chances of winning. LOL)
Editor's Note: Republicans have not won the 37th district since 1971, and pundits from both sides believe Democrats will win it again in 2007. The Republican candidates were unable to demonstrate clear support for the candidacies, as evidenced by their inability to qualify for public financing -- as Democrats did in Sussex County and as a Libertarian did in Mercer County.
