The Shot Accross the Bow
This should be a clear indicator to all what Gov. Christie's first agenda item will be. Rationalize concentrated poverty to the moderate conservative and idependant voters BEFORE moving to gut COAH and reintroduce RCA's in the lame duck session. A big bright plum for the right wing conservative base who want their due; "no n's and no spics in our neighborhood." Brillant isn't it!
And for all my conservative friends here who think this is the answer to their prayers, it isn't. As long as we continue to concentrate poverty in our urban centers, no amount of money, programs or manpower will tame the pathological construct we have created for ourselves. It is the shell game of money and power vs. the middle class and the poor.
Dont't believe me...wait and see.
good for them
i thought they were scared of newark.
