Party endorses Jalloh for freeholder in Union

The Union County Democratic Committee's screening committee last night endorsed and awarded its line to Mohamed S. Jalloh of Roselle, according to party spokesman Pat Politano.

A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law in Newark and Syracuse University, Jalloh serves as an assistant county counsel for Union County and as an adjunct professor at Kean University.

Jalloh is running with the party's backing for the seat being vacated by retiring Freeholder Chester Holmes.
