In the state's most Democratic county, Hudson County Republican Chairman Jose Arango today announced that his organization is awarding the primary ballot line to U.S. Senate candidate Andy Unanue.
“Andy Unanue is the change New Jersey needs in the U.S. Senate,” Arango said. “He brings youth and energy along with the traditional Republican principles of lower taxes and smaller government. Hudson County is proud to endorse Andy Unanue for U.S. Senate.”
Former CEO of family business Goya Foods, Unanue has also received the line in Atlantic, Cape May, Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
“I appreciate the confidence of Chairman Arango and the Hudson County Republican Organization,” said Unanue. “As I’ve said, my family and I have been fortunate to be able to work hard and achieve our goals, and I want to make sure that New Jersey continues to be a place where those same opportunities for success are available to everyone.”
