Bergen Dems weigh in on prospect of a Ferriero return
By Matt Friedman, PolitickerNJ.com ReporterHACKENSACK -- If former Bergen County Democratic Chairman Joe Ferriero is acquitted of the eight corruption charges against him, it is unclear what his future will be in the Bergen County Democratic Organization (BCDO).
When asked if he thinks Ferriero -- who turned the county's minority party into a dominant fundraising and election-winning machine -- could come back and once again be chairman, state Sen. Bob Gordon (D-Fair Lawn). said that it’s “up for the county committee to decide.”
“He still has a lot of support with the county committee. Let me leave it there,” he said.
The current chairman is Michael Kasparian, who was Ferriero’s preferred successor.
State Sen. Paul Sarlo (D-Wood-Ridge) said he’d like to see Kasparian remain in charge.
“[Ferriero] will have a lot of things to do to get his life back together, and this party will stay under the leadership of Michael Kasparian,” he said.
Labor leader Richard “Buzzy” Dressel, who put his own name in for chairman but dropped out after the Kasparian selection seemed inevitable, said he did not think the party should make room for Ferrier. But he doubted Ferriero would want to come back.
“I don’t think he’d really want to, to be honest with you, knowing Joe,” he said.

Framed like the Mona Lisa
Joe Ferriero never was and never will be a rule breaker, whether it means driving the right way down a one-way street or doing his best to improve the lives Bergen County residents. On the other hand Chris Christie has been breaking the law since before he knew how to manipulate it, whether driving the wrong way down a one-way street (and sending a motorcyclist to the trauma center without being ticketed) or punishing innocent people for the sake of partisan politics.

your warped and twisted logic is beyond disgusting. If Ferriero gets off its because he manipulated the law. Lets talk about innocebt people who got raped in Bergen County and the Sexual case yet to go to court.
All that aside
This areticle is about BCDO and I would love to see Joe come back and help the DEMS destroy Christie.
