Biondi & Coyle Named “Taxpayer Champions” by New Jersey Taxpayer Alliance

Trenton, NJ- Assemblyman Peter Biondi and Assemblywoman Denise Coyle, both R-Somerset, were recently acknowledged as "Taxpayer Champions" by the New Jersey Taxpayers Alliance for their efforts on improving the plight of the state's taxpayers who are the most heavily taxed in the country.

The association based its award after analyzing how the state's legislators voted on key bills affecting New Jersey taxpayers and business.  Both Biondi and Coyle received a perfect score on the nine bills used.

"Fighting for the taxpayers is a basic principle that I have always espoused," said Biondi.  "I will continue the charge against the onerous taxes imposed on the people and businesses in this state, which plays a large part in making New Jersey unaffordable. It is time to change the way Trenton does business.  We have seen firsthand that the tax and spend approach is a failure."

"I am an advocate for less spending and eliminating waste, not taking more of the taxpayers' hard-earned dollars out of their pockets" said Coyle. "Far too often, our adversaries think that raising taxes is the solution to solving the state's problems.  I will continue to oppose legislation that increases the financial burden on people and businesses which eventually drives them from our state because they can no longer afford New Jersey."

Biondi and Coyle said they were appreciative of the recognition and vowed to be on this list again when the next "Taxpayer Champions" are named.

Say no to Christie and Corzine. Vote Daggett

Don't by that GOP non-sense that Daggett is a plant funded by Corzine.

Fact is Daggett has no funds at all.

Futhermore, Chris Daggett nailed Christie and Corzine for corruption in 3rd Debate

You really have to hand it to Chris Daggett. Not only did he stand toe to toe with Jon Corzine and Chris Christie he really nailed it to them in the 3rd NJ  Gubernatorial Debate. Once again, for the third time in a row, I give this as a notch for Daggett.

Chris Daggett handed it to both Christie and Corzine for corruption saying to fight corruption you need to lead by example.

Daggett then cited specific corrupt activities that Christie and Corzine had engaged in, including illegal campaign finance and pay to play, and neither Corzine or Christie could defend themselves.

Instead, Corzine acknowledges that activity is going on and agrees with Daggett that it needs to stop.
