Franklin Lakes -- Bergen County Freeholder Republican freeholder candidate Charles Kahwaty of Franklin announced today he is endorsing  Kevin O’Toole for state Senate and David Russo and Scott Rumana for Assembly in District 40. Â
Kahwaty was top vote getter at Wednesday’s District 39 caucus, followed by his running mate Paul Duggan, who has already endorsed the O’Toole Team Kahwaty, 52, is past president of the Bergen County Bar Association and practices law in Ridgewood.Â
