Former Senator Dick LaRossa will be testifying today in support of Senate bill S-940 by Senaators Weinberg and Allen:  The purpose of the bill is to require the adoption and distribution of constitutions and bylaws by county political party committees and it requires certified lists of committee members to be filed with the county clerk.Senator LaRossa said, :"This is an important piece of legislation which.will go a long way to stopping the gamemanship being played by party leaders to give an unfair advantage to favored candidates.  It will level the playing field in all elections including committee members, county chairs and all elected offices.Congratulations to the sponsors
