Gusciora still for Gore
By Wally EdgeAssemblyman Reed Gusciora, who launched a movement in New Jersey to draft Al Gore for the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination in July, says he remains a Gore supporter. Speculation that Gore might enter the race has increased this week because the former Vice President in a candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize, which will be announced in Oslo on Friday.
Gusciora says Democrats he speaks with believe Gore is the strongest possible Democratic nominee -- even those who are already backing someone else.
