Fellow GOP Candidate Follows The “Maverick Leader”
Jersey City, NJ – New Jersey conservative Republican leader Dr. “Maverick Murray” Sabrin, the Garden State’s strongest advocate of limited government and individual freedom and the front-runner for United States Senate, reacted to his opponent Dick Zimmer agreeing with him that Senator John McCain’s plan for Iraq is the wrong plan and his campaign is going in the wrong direction.
Dr. Murray Sabrin commented, “I am happy Dick Zimmer agrees with me and the remaining 75% of New Jersey voters that Senator John McCain’s plan for Iraq is flawed. As a high-priced Washington Lobbyist, Dick Zimmer gets paid to read polls and he finally agrees with the majority of New Jersey voters that Senator McCain is wrong on Iraq.” Sabrin continued, “Now if I can only get Dick Zimmer to follow the Constitution on civil liberties, taxes, and the size of government, we will make real progress. Perhaps he needs to see a poll showing 75% of New Jersey voters want less government and less taxes?”
Maverick Murray finished, “This is another example where Dick Zimmer is a follower and not a leader. New Jersey voters want and need a leader in the United States Senate.”
Maverick Murray was responding to the published report in Friday’s Courier Post where Dick Zimmer distanced himself from Senator John McCain on America’s involvement in Iraq’s civil war. Zimmer said, “I believe we should extricate ourselves as quickly as we possibly can …”
