Estabrook set to trash group she once headed in presser with Lonegan
By Wally EdgeRepublican U.S. Senate candidate Anne Evans Estabrook will join conservative activist Steve Lonegan at a statehouse news conference this afternoon to sharply criticize the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce for endorsing Governor Jon Corzine’s toll hike package. Estabrook is a former Chamber chair.
Lonegan, the former Mayor of Bogota and a likely candidate for the 2009 Republican gubernatorial nomination, is not expected to endorse any candidate in the ’08 U.S. Senate primary.
