U.S. Rep. Frank Pallone (D-Long Branch), the chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee, will use Twitter to conduct a Town Hall meeting on Monday.

"There is a rapidly-evolving communications sector that driven in part by new technologies," said Pallone. "Twitter is a social network site that could be an effective means of communicating with the public. The Internet has changed electronic communication, including heavy use by young people who traditionally have not been engaged in the political process."
