James Galdieri, former Senator, dies at 74
By EditorFormer State Sen. James Galdieri, who won a special election after David Friedland's criminal conviction, died on Saturday. He was 74. Galdieri, a Jersey City Democrat, served in the Senate from 1980 to 1982. He did not seek election to a full term in 1981.
