Report: Obama to pick Biden for VP
By EditorBarack Obama has picked Joseph Biden, a six-term U.S. Senator from Delaware and the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, as the Democratic nominee for Vice President, according to published reports. Obama is expected to formally announce his selection of Biden this morning at a rally at the Old State Capitol building in Springfield, Illinois. Biden, 66, ran for President this year, but dropped out of the race after losing the Iowa caucus to Obama. He has served in the Senate since January, 1973.

The same Joe Biden that said Obama is too inexperienced to run for President?
The same Joe Biden that emphatically stated that he would never run for VP no matter who was at the top of the ticket?

Varying degress of change....
Obama is still my choice for President however, I expected him to deliver more significant “change” in his choice for VP. In my opinion, continuing to break through race, class, and gender “glass ceilings” would have had more of a direct impact on our everyday lives.
