How about Paterson Mayor Joey Torres, who not only lost Juan Torres on the council from the 5th Ward, but also saw his candidates get clobbered in the 2nd Ward, 3rd Ward and 6th Ward? Usually I'm the last person to pass up an open bar, but I kept driving right past the Brownstone Tuesday night.

these local elections showed that the voters are sick and tired of corrupt party bosses deciding who runs our government!

The biggest L-O-S-E-R was Dick Zimmer since his campaign has shown they have NOT raised any money whatsoever and he will end up coming in 4th Place in a 3-way Primary - he will lose to "Undecided"!

GOP is Out of Touch
The Burlington County GOP is so out of touch that they don't even know that they are riding a sinking ship. Their catastrophic loss in Delran this week gives evidence to the fact that the people have finally wised up to their antics. The twenty thousand dollars that they spent to outfit polling place challengers with Blackberries did them absolutely no good. It resulted in an embarrasing defeat and is a harbinger of things yet to come in future elections.
