Round 5 of the PolitickerNJ.com Smartest Legislator Tournament opened at midnight today.
In Round 4, PolitickerNJ.com has detected the use of a computer robot to cast votes for certain candidates, and the final tally will not include votes cast by robots.

Only this round will robot
Only this round will robot votes not be counted?
Come on, who actually used a robot?! Wow...haha.
The smartest legislator used a robot!
Great contest?
staff disability claims skyrocket
Bob Gordon is the only bright light who made it to the Final Four. The staffs of the other 3 should file disability claims because i'm sure there are some sore index fingers from hitting the refresh button all week
What about....
the earlier rounds? Mary Pat Angelini won by a landslide in every round so far....not to mention some other questionable results ...I mean, I frankly stopped caring after Round 1, but if you're going to disqualify robot votes, you may as well scrap this whole thing and start from scratch.
justice for robot creators
This is a fun poll and I bet it has drawn lots of readers to this site. But the poll encourages duplicate votes with its announcement "Wait 10 minutes before voting again" that appears after you vote. It was, well, dumb not not to anticipate robots and wrong to change the rules after the game started. I say give the robot-creators their due victory.
Just let it end please...
We have had enough... Why is everything a conspiracy with some people?
Not For Nothing...
but I generally run with cookies suppressed. I don't believe that the 10 minute wait is presented or enforced without a cookie. Perhaps the votes should require that the browser accept cookies.
poll should be called, "whose supporters are smartest"
I didn't realize I could have just disabled cookies to keep voting!
duh sounds like sour grapes
duh sounds like sour grapes from those that don't understand the rules of politics (tongue in cheek) maybe we should use paper ballots oh wait the Republican's did that, stop whining and vote. If it was seriuos 101.5 would've been all over this.
