Kate Whitman has raised over $430,000 for her campaign for the GOP nomination for Congress in the 7th district, with over $230,000 during the last three months. Her chief rival, State Sen. Leonard Lance, has not released any details of his fundraising.
“My campaign to change business as usual in Congress is a grassroots effort that started out small and is growing every day,” said Whitman. “I have personally knocked on over 1,000 doors and called over 1,000 taxpayers. The financial support grows everyday as do the volunteers joining our fight for change.”
