DOHERTY AND REILLY ENDORSED BY WOMEN'S POLITICAL CAUCUS
EATONTOWN-Today, 11th District Democratic Assembly candidates Matt Doherty and Jim Reilly were endorsed by the Women's Political Caucus of New Jersey (WPC-NJ).
"We are impressed with your commitment to helping women in New Jersey and are proud to support you," said Barbara Sussman Goldberg, the President of WPC-NJ.
According to their endorsement letter, WPC-NJ is a multi-partisan organization dedicated to increasing the number of progressive women in elected and appointed positions throughout the state, protecting the reproductive freedom and promoting equal rights for New Jersey's women. On the national level, according to their website, http://www.nwpc.org/ht/d/Home/pid/959, the WPC is dedicated to creating a true women's political power base to achieve equality for all women.
