Forrester has been trying to deceive New Jersey voters from the start on issues ranging from his property tax plan (which won't work), to embryonic stem cell research (which he opposes), to drug company rebates that he pocketed through his company (contact the NJDSC to see a copy of a Benecard contract that proves it) and more.
It's hard to say what's more offensive, the deception, or the fact that he thinks he can get away with it.
