Corzine hurt in car accident
By Max Pizarro, PolitickerNJ.com ReporterGov. Jon Corzine was injured this evening in a two-car accident on the Garden State Parkway, the Trentonian is reporting.
The accident occured at approximately 6 p.m. near milemarker 43.5 in Galloway Township.
A spokesperson for the governor said Corzine's injuries are not life-threatening. A Corzine staffer says he has a broken femur.
A state trooper was reportedly hurt in the crash, but no further details are available.
The governor has been admitted to Camden's Cooper Hospital, according to news reports.
